Find Solutions Begins
We were founded on a single idea: that technology could serve as a catalyst for the growth of individuals and organizations. What began as a project focused on technology services evolved into a company specializing in corporate learning.
Development of Find Solutions
We carried out our first projects with leading organizations in Guatemala, gaining experience and strengthening our ability to understand their needs and support them in their transformation and learning processes.
New Partnerships
During the pandemic, we began our partnership with Epignosis, strengthening our technological capabilities with solutions such as TalentLMS and TalentCards. Over time, we incorporated digital content, specialized support, and strategic consulting, expanding our ability to support projects of various sizes and levels of complexity.
New Offices
We launched our operations in Panama as part of our regional expansion strategy, expanding our presence and capacity to support organizations in new markets through their learning, transformation, and development processes.
